Through the year-long program, our members become part of a vibrant learning community. Led by seasoned facilitator and Leadership Coach Ted Gorski, each month features engaging roundtable discussions, self-assessments, and practical tools carefully designed to empower you and catalyze actionable plans.

Program includes:

• Monthly one hour webinar
• Assessments (Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Dynamics)
• Monthly 30-minute individual coaching sessions.
• Max of 10 particpants in each cafe.
