Multi-source assessments\, known as 360-degree feedback are common. Also\, annual\, quarterly\, and even monthly reviews are performed.\n\nBut are you getting your money's worth?  The answer could very well be: not really.\n\nThis rEvolve session will look at strategies employers should avoid\, including some that may make the situation worse\, and what kinds of feedback are productive in helping employees really learn from their mistakes. \n\n\nrEVOLVE\n\nWhat is the rEVOLVE series?\n\nDo you sometimes feel like you're traveling in a circle\, revolving instead of evolving?\n\nIn the current business climate\, it is critical to continuously develop and adapt your practices and your skills.  Long gone is success founded on "doing what we've always done!"   This workshop is a forum in which Chamber members share diverse expertise and experiences with other members. \n\nEducational\, innovative\, inspiring\, and dare we say\, disruptive business and leadership ideas will be shared.  \n\n \n\nLunch will be provided by Ignite!
